so many bows!

We are now carrying a new line of bows that are more like a work of art. They are the perfect addition to any outfit. Our favorite is the sweet bunny--it is a great way to add some holiday flair! And don't worry, we still have our sweet traditional bows too. Come by to see our selection...we have so many to choose from!

Calling all little artists!

The Little House is having a coloring contest!
Enter the contest for a chance to win a darling stuffed animal! Come on in and pick up a coloring sheet or print one off from HERE. Drop off your little one's masterpiece as soon as they are done so we can proudly display them! We can't wait to see them!
Contest ends March 12th.

We are now a Tea Passport Store!

This means we now carry the largest selection of Daily Tea and Tea Collection than anywhere else in Kansas City. It also means we are able to give you even better deals! From now on whenever you buy 4 pieces of Daily Tea or Tea Collection you get the 5th piece FREE! You can mix and match any way you want-different sizes, different prints and pieces-you can even mix and match between Daily Tea and Tea Collection.

Even with a larger selection, there may be a time when we don't have a certain size or style in stock. If that is the case, you can call or come in to The Little House and order that item and it will arrive within 3-5 days with no shipping fee.

We are so excited about the new Tea spring arrivals. We think it is their cutest yet! Come in and see the beautiful new prints, colors and styles. We're sure you are going to love them too!

The History of The Little House

Oh how sweet this store is! The Little House has been a staple in Kansas City for over 40 years. Its first home was located just off of the plaza in an actual house that was converted into the store. A few years later, it was moved to Rainbow BLVD and into a shopping center. It was here that my memories of this great store began! My mom took me to the store at least once a week and I am not kidding. She would drag me into the dressing room to try on numerous outfits and beautiful hand smocked dresses. I think just about ALL of my clothes were from The Little House along with my saddle shoes! I am now the manager of The Little House and I am so excited to be a part of this great Kansas City tradition. The Little House moved to its current home in Crestwood several years ago. The current owner, Katy Dillon, has updated the store and it is absolutely beautiful. We carry many of the same lines that have been a staple for the store's lifetime. Florence Eiseman and Lilly Pulitzer to name a few. Katy has also brought in some new and great lines like Tea Collection and Sun-san sandals that look great next to those darling saddle shoes! Please stop by and visit us in Crestwood. We can't wait to see you!
